Salary Range: $86,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and cost control initiatives.
• Oversee the rapid diagnosis and repair of equipment breakdowns, minimizing production downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset reliability, OEE, and reduction of maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to support new equipment installations and process optimization.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including budgeting, project oversight, and staff development.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing preventive/predictive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and best practices applicable to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Advanced proficiency with CMMS administration and optimization.
• Experience implementing predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant experience managing capital projects.
