Hydroseed Foreman
• Capable of leading, managing, and holding 1-3 employees accountable to complete hydroseed jobs according to design and assigned work orders.
• Ability to take direction from Landscape Manager/Project Manager.
• Safely operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain a safe & clean job site.
• 2+ years of experience in hydroseeding, landscaping, erosion control, or related field.
• Prior crew leadership for foreman-level experience.
• Strong understanding of hydroseed equipment, materials, and application methods.
• Ability to read job plans and follow project specifications.
• Train crew members for development of skills.
• Must be available to work days and occasionally some weekends.
• Possess the ability to work in any weather condition and work all day in a long, physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
• CDL required.
