Salary: $17-$18/Hr

River's Bend is seeking a Full-Time, upbeat, motivated and organized candidate to join our Support Staff Department!

As a Support Staff employee, you will be responsible for administrative and operational aspects of the practice as directed by the Practice Manager. and Support Staff Lead.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Previous administrative experience (Preferred)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:

• Answer all incoming phone calls/voicemail boxes and handle or direct as appropriate
• Complete intake process for all incoming referrals
• Process drug screens
• Schedule and maintain client appointments including reminder phone calls
• Process all incoming and outgoing documentation
• Provide insurance verifications for clients
• Manage pre-authorizations and medication refills
• Provide client services support including addressing client concerns/feedback
• Work as a team to ensure the practice runs efficiently and meets objectives
• Identify and provide solutions to challenges within the practice
• Provide administrative support to clinical staff
• Greet all visitors and clients
• Other duties as assigned

HOURS OF OPERATION:

• Monday-Friday |9am-8pm
  
• 8 Hour Shifts
• Occasional On-Call Weekend Coverage ~ Every 4-6 Weeks. (Paid at higher weekend rate)

COMPENSATION :

• $17-$18/HOUR
  
• Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Paid Biweekly
