Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.
• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize automated manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Provide technical support and expertise for production and maintenance teams on controls-related issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for control systems, electrical schematics, and software.
• Lead continuous improvement projects related to automation, efficiency, and system reliability.
• Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for controls-related downtime or quality issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMIs.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including VFDs, servo drives, and industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP).
• Experience with electrical schematics, control panel design, and instrumentation.
• Ability to design, implement, and commission automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and their application in control system design.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience programming and integrating industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Experience with database integration (SQL) and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Familiarity with high-level programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for data analysis or custom tool development.
