Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions using PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot industrial control systems, including SCADA and DCS.
• Optimize manufacturing processes through automation to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and validation of new automation equipment and integrated systems.
• Provide expert technical support and training for automation systems to production and maintenance teams.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards, quality regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate new technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens), SCADA, and HMI development.
• Experience with industrial robotics, motion control systems, and machine vision.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, OPC UA).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation system issues.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or C# for data acquisition and system integration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with MES/MOM system integration and data exchange.
• Exposure to industrial data historians and analytics platforms (e.g., OSIsoft PI, Ignition).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Proficiency with automation simulation software (e.g., Process Simulate, RoboDK).
