Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W2 Class A CDL Drivers. Opportunities exist across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, mostly east of the I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, and a strong pay and benefits package. Modern trucks and full benefits start on day one. We hire experienced drivers and also recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

What we offer

Year‑round freight, consistent work.

Compensation
Earn 1,400 to 1,800 dollars per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday. Exact pay depends on experience and route.

Paid training
Fully paid three to five week program for new graduates who meet the training hours requirement.

Home time
Weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment.

Late‑model equipment
Assigned 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth.

Typical day on the job

• Safely operate a Class A tractor trailer in line with DOT and company rules

• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, about 70 percent drop and hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.

• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments

• Keep accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs

• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members

• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections

Who we are looking for

• Valid Class A CDL

• Experienced drivers welcome or new graduates with at least 120 training hours

• Satisfactory driving record and strong safety focus

• Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test
