Salary Range: $142,000 - $193,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets and business objectives.
• Oversee plant budget, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 5-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage budgets, P&L, and drive cost efficiencies.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing or managing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
• MBA or Master's degree in Engineering or Operations Management
• Proficiency with major ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
