Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management.
• Oversee inventory control and optimization, ensuring material availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Direct inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations.

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of inventory management, procurement, and logistics principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with ERP system implementation or advanced module optimization (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle).
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• Demonstrated experience in global sourcing and international logistics.
