We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team and support our financial operations.

As an Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in processing the company’s financial transactions and records. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping, with a strong preference for those who have worked in industrial or manufacturing environments. This position reports directly to the CFO.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch

Key Responsibilities

•Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently

•Maintain and reconcile financial records, ledgers, and accounts

•Support bookkeeping activities, including expense entry and statement review

•Assist with vendor management and resolve discrepancies

•Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

•Provide excellent customer service internally and externally

•Perform additional accounting duties as assigned

•Well-rounded accounting experience, including A/P, A/R, and bookkeeping

•Industrial or manufacturing experience strongly preferred

•Experience with Epicor products is ideal

•Proficiency in MS Office Excel and accounting software

•Strong communication and organizational skills

•Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines

•High School diploma required; degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
