Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI/SCADA systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement automation solutions to improve production efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Provide expert technical support for electrical, control, and instrumentation issues on the production floor.
• Manage and execute control system upgrade projects, including hardware and software integration.
• Create and maintain comprehensive control system documentation, electrical schematics, and P&IDs.
• Participate in the commissioning and startup of new machinery and production lines.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for existing control systems and processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) for industrial automation.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA system design, development, and integration.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex control system issues in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) programming and integration.
• Proficiency in advanced SCADA/MES systems (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware) and database integration (SQL).
• Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection and guidance.
• Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and best practices.
