Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Enforce strict quality control standards and procedures to ensure product excellence.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and waste reduction.
• Lead, train, evaluate, and mentor production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality management systems.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including performance development and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in managing production schedules, budgets, and quality control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) beyond basic user functions.
• Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) from pilot to full-scale production.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance insights.
