Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Oversee the rapid troubleshooting and repair of equipment failures to ensure continuous production.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies for all maintenance operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance effectiveness and equipment uptime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical background in industrial mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Proven experience leading and managing a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Advanced proficiency in CMMS/EAM system administration and optimization (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
• Experience implementing or significantly optimizing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs
