Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and personnel to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and specifications for all manufactured products.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, company policies, and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Monitor production schedules, workflow, and staffing levels to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of production line operators and technicians.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on performance metrics and quality control.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a production team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement training
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, or robotics
• Familiarity with complex ERP/MES systems beyond basic user functions
