Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Representative with 1–2 years of experience in furniture sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home furnishings, a strong eye for design, and a proven ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.

100% commission based

Furniture Sales Consultants are making between $60,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide expert guidance on furniture selections based on their needs and preferences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Assist customers with custom furniture orders, measurements, and room planning when needed
• Process sales transactions and ensure accuracy in order entry and payment collection
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness, merchandising, and organization
• Stay informed on trends in interior design and home furnishings

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of furniture sales experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with interior design principles
• Experience with CRM software or sales tracking tools
• Bilingual is a plus
