Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize production downtime.
• Install, calibrate, and test new production equipment and machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for troubleshooting and repair.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Relevant technical certification or Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting beyond basic diagnostics
• Robotics maintenance and troubleshooting experience
• Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG)
• HVAC/Refrigeration certification or specialized experience
• Proficiency with CMMS/EAM administration or advanced reporting
