About the Role:

Responsible for all storage, crisis management, customer activities, including demand, shipping schedules, and customer-specific requirements, with a focus on ensuring acceptable customer rating performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field - OR 5+ years of experience in production scheduling or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and ERP systems - Plex would be a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Ability to accurately and effectively communicate to co-workers, customers and management.

Responsibilities:

1. Demandmaintenance, review and forecasting whileassistingwithmaintainingoptimalinventory levels.
2. Monitor customer EDI and ERP data and communication with customer on any issues which may affect delivery timing.
3. Track inbound and outbound premium freight costs.
4. Assistin preparing instructions, procedures, and systems to improve and implement in all areas of influence.
5. 24 Hour point of contact for customers as assigned.
6. Responsible forcustomer shipment scheduling, customer systems maintenance, delivery routing maintenance, ERP datamaintenanceand data entry of any manual customer orders/releases.
7. Interface with customers and suppliers to ensure resolution of issues
8. Identify any shipment which may not be met, proactively communicate and follow escalation procedure if delivery dates are threatened.Identify,assistwith resolution
9. Maintain Kendrick Plastics systems to ensure all part numbers, customeridand product data information flows through the systemin a timely manner.
10. Develop initial parameters and inventory plans for launch or EC materialsfor supplied, WIP, and finished goods
11. Participate in EC/CNand launch meetingsand lead launch, ECN,and obsolescence events.
12. Maintain item parameters to maximize deliverywhile minimizing inventory overstock.
13. Participation in physical inventory and cycle count activities asrequired
14. Establish freight routing to meet budgeted targets and delivery needs.
