Front of House Manager / Floor Leader

Roosevelts is a fast-growing, high-volume restaurant in Jackson, WY, and we are looking for a strong Front of House Manager / Floor Leader to lead dinner service and help take the restaurant to the next level.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running a tight, high-performing floor.

The Role

You will be the primary leader during dinner service, responsible for:

• Running the floor nightly (typically 1:30pm - close)
• Leading and developing the front-of-house team
• Delivering a high-level guest experience
• Managing service flow, staffing, and execution
• Handling guest issues and maintaining standards
• Supporting hiring, training, and team development

• Strong FOH leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Ability to confidently run a busy service
• Detail-oriented with high service standards
• Calm under pressure and solution-focused
• Strong communicator and team leader

Compensation

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
• Performance Bonus: $15,000 - $25,000+
• Total Compensation: $95,000 - $115,000+
