Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
- Document care provided and any changes in client condition according to company policies.
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients.
- Hoyer lift experiences
- Evening shift
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in Troy, MI.
- Background check and references may be required.
