Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoice and payment processing.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts.
• Maintain precise records of sales transactions and generate monthly revenue reports.
• Support inventory management through reconciliations and tracking.
• Assist with tax preparation and filings, including sales tax and income tax documentation.
• Contribute to pricing analysis for new products and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Help design, implement, and improve financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation.
• Perform additional accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus).
• Proven experience in an accounting role, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
• Knowledge of tax preparation and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with inventory management processes.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $55,000 $65,000 annually
