Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
• Program, configure, and debug control systems and software for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex issues with automated equipment and control systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, logic diagrams, and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize automation performance and reliability.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new automation technologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell Automation) and HMI/SCADA system development.
• Experience with industrial robotics programming, integration, and maintenance (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, PROFINET) and data acquisition.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex automated manufacturing systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience integrating automation systems with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• Proficiency with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for quality inspection or guidance.
• Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity best practices for Operational Technology (OT).
• Advanced programming skills (e.g., Python, C#) for data acquisition, analysis, or custom utility development.
• Experience with simulation software for process optimization or cell design.
