General Laborer
MCM Staffing is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers in Clinton Twp. You will work to complete various aspects of production and warehouse tasks to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, packing, and sorting materials or products.
- Assist in assembly line operations by feeding materials and components into machinery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support team members and supervisors in achieving daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and contribute.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Punctuality and reliability in attendance.
Working Conditions:
- This position involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Work schedules may include weekends and overtime based on production needs.
- Associate must be able to speak Spanish and have some English proficiency.
