Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and maintenance teams to support operational goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability in process optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and process simulation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex manufacturing challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python)
• Experience with automation systems (PLCs, SCADA) or industrial IoT technologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience
