Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery (mills, lathes, grinders).
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code.

• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tooling.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, bore gauges).
• Ability to perform tool changes, offsets, and basic G-code/M-code editing.
• Strong understanding of various materials, cutting tools, and machining processes.
• Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining high-quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparators).
• Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for fixture design or program optimization.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
