Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks in manufacturing operations.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across manufacturing lines.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Minimum 5 years experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive measurable operational improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience applying Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
