Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture.
• Implement and enforce strict safety regulations and quality control standards throughout the production process.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain and logistics.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are adhered to for all production equipment and machinery.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in production management within a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and production planning tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization projects.
• Multilingual, particularly in languages relevant to the workforce or international operations.
