Sr. Bus. Intelligence Analyst - Full Time - Hybrid
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Science, or other related field required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a healthcare or business setting, required. Expert in the use of Excel, SQL, PowerBI Tableau, Qlik, Toad, or other BI tools and report building. Experience in the use of any Enterprise Databases or shared data repository.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record System (EMR) report development.
- Experience in the use of a programming language.
- Epic certification in Clarity/Caboodle Data Model.
- Proven customer service experience with strong active listening skills.
- Skilled at presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience in the use of relational databases and development of data visualizations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of statistical concepts.
