Administrative Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Under general direction, performs a variety of support duties of a confidential nature. -Communicates with high level personnel outside of the System on a variety of subjects, requiring a thorough knowledge of department policies and procedures.
Skills:
- -Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible work experience to function at an independent level.
- -Requires strong communication skills in order to positively interface with upper management and visitors.
- -Requires strong administrative skills in order to organize the flow of work through the office in an effective manner.
- -Analytical ability to gather data, compile reports, work on special projects, and so forth. Good writing skills required.
- -Must have the ability to use a variety of computer software packages.
Education/Experience:
- Preferred Education: -Bachelor’s degree in business or communications.
