Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
• Execute emergency repairs to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
• Install, calibrate, and upgrade new machinery and production lines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and work orders.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including LOTO procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with industrial control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
• Proficiency in performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure machine uptime.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Relevant technical certification or associate's degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming or troubleshooting experience
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and fabrication
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software
• HVAC systems troubleshooting and repair experience
