Responsibilities
- Leading or participating in a walk crew team to provide outdoor maintenance services during winter months
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Ensuring consistent availability to meet the demands of the winter season
- Following directions accurately to complete tasks efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Valid Driver License is required for the Foreman position
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong listening skills and ability to follow directions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to job attendance
Compensation
Compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and skills. The salary range is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour , with the potential for bonus pay.
