Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, or Mechatronics, or equivalent industrial experience.
• Proven proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with PLC programming, diagnostics, and repair (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems for robot guidance or quality inspection.
• Proficiency in robot simulation software or offline programming tools.
• Familiarity with data acquisition and analysis from robotic systems for predictive maintenance or process optimization.
• Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) and human-robot interaction (HRI) safety.
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for data handling or advanced robot control.
