Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by defining manufacturing requirements and processes.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions, process flows, and documentation.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling, fixture, and process layout design.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
• Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Experience with robotics programming and automation integration
• Familiarity with IoT/Industry 4.0 technologies and data analytics for manufacturing processes
