Registered Dental Hygienist
Registered Dental Hygienist – Dearborn MI
A well-established, patient-focused dental practice is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join their close-knit team. This office values a true family atmosphere and prioritizes doing what is right for patients over “selling” treatment. They are looking for someone who will feel like a long-term family member, not just a team member.
Schedule:
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 7:15 PM.
- Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $50–$60/hr.
- Production Bonus: Yes.
- Clinic Coats: Provided.
- Scrub Stipend: Available.
- Paid Sick Time: Offered for part-time employees, aligned with new Michigan employment laws.
Practice Details:
- Team Size: 8.
- Operatories: 5.
- Hygiene Schedule: Single-column; 1-hour appointments.
- Hygiene Assistant: Provided on Mondays.
- Dental Software: Curve Hero.
