Physician - Surgery - Vascular

**Job Opportunity: Vascular Surgeon in Jackson, Michigan**

We are looking for a Vascular Surgeon who is either Board Certified or Board Eligible to join our team in Jackson, Michigan.

**Job Details:** - You must be TRULY Board Eligible and have finished a fellowship in Vascular Surgery before starting the job.

- We welcome upcoming graduates from the 2025 fellowship program, but starting quickly in 2025 is preferred.

- You will work in different areas: hospitals, outpatient clinics, doing rounds, and seeing patients in the clinic.

- We need this position filled because our services are growing.

- Our group is well-respected and handles many vascular cases.

- You will work with two other vascular surgeons, one nurse practitioner, and certified vascular techs.

- You will take calls during nights and weekends, sharing this duty with others (1:4 rotation).

- Experience with endovascular procedures and vein treatments is preferred.

- The hospital is a Level II trauma center. - We use the EPIC system for our electronic medical records.

**Qualifications:**

- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery (this is a MUST).

- You need a Michigan medical license or must be willing to get one (this is a MUST). - You must have completed a fellowship in Vascular Surgery before starting (this is a MUST).

- Experience with endovascular skills and vein treatments is a plus. - You need to have or be willing to get ACLS certification (this is a MUST).

- You must obtain a DEA certificate before starting.

- You must also obtain CSR/CDS before starting.

- A clean record with no malpractice or license issues is required.

**Certification Needed:**

- ACLS - Board Certified or Board Eligible

- DEA certificate - State License (Michigan)
