Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
• Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling operational expenditures.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Oversee the procurement and inventory management of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards within the maintenance department.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and experience implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop maintenance teams, manage budgets, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, automation systems, and relevant safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced automation systems (e.g., robotics, PLCs) in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in managing large-scale capital projects or facility upgrades
