Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Oversee the repair, troubleshooting, and installation of manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility infrastructure.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and operational uptime.
• Coordinate closely with production management to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, PLCs, and CMMS.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs and asset reliability strategies.
• Proficiency in managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience optimizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Demonstrated experience in energy management or sustainability initiatives.
