Position Title: Sales and Planning Coordinator

Reports to: Estimating Manager

Character of Position

As a Sales and Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales and Estimating departments with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up and maintaining automated and manual filing system for Corporate Administration.
• Develop Contact Management Database in Integrated Corporate System. Maintain contact data for Sales & Estimating Department.
• Responsible for logging and tracking (Pending/Late/On-Time Response), and submitting of "Request for Quotations (R.F.Q.) proposals for Sales & Estimating department.
• Acquire a full comprehension of Integrated Corporate System to generate reports for Executive Management.
• Responsible for outgoing executive administrative and marketing correspondence.
• Maintains Sales & Estimating Department records to be used as forecasting, planning and recording tools.
• Support Sales & Estimating Department needs with regard to:
  • Presentations
  • Promotional Events and Materials
  • Customer Service
• Safeguard and respect confidential materials and information.
• P.O.'s: Retrieve, keep track, acknowledge P.O.'s and change orders.
• Track quotes.
• Processing data for quote activities.
• Set up job folders for recordkeeping purposes.
• Must contribute to corporate quality policy and objectives.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience

• 2-4 years working in clerical environment.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
