Project Coordinator/Manager needed in Hillsdale, MI. This is a full time, temp to hire opporutnity on 1st shift. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Project Manager/Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $28.00 to $33.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Test and implement new back-end software – Operations & Accounting system (technology is already built)
• Transition company and customer data on to new system – accounting ledgers, customer info, taxes, balances
• Process improvement/abandonment of current day-to-day operational functions and systems
• Review and manage supplier pricing, accounts payable & receivable, and customer invoicing
• Office Manager and Systems Expert

Project Manager/Coordinator Qualifications:

• High school diploma and/or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge in Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Previous accounting, finance, and business experience required.
• Able to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
