Client Planning Support Specialist
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Client Planning Support Specialist to assist individuals and families with organizing personalized trip plans. This role is designed for someone who enjoys structured coordination work, clear communication, and supporting clients through a well-defined planning process. While the position offers flexibility, accuracy, follow-through, and professionalism are essential.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand schedules, preferences, and budgets, then assist with researching options and coordinating reservations. You will help compile clear itineraries, confirmations, and documentation to ensure each plan is well organized and easy to follow. This position is ideal for candidates in Michigan who value consistency, customer service, and independent work.
Key Responsibilities

Research lodging, transportation, and experience options

Coordinate and confirm reservations with approved suppliers

Qualifications
