Maintenance Technician; 2nd shift
**Job Description:

Responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and repairing of electronic, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems of equipment.
Upkeep and maintenance of equipment.
Follow safety procedures.
Perform assigned preventative maintenance.
Operate material handling equipment, machinery, and powered equipment.
Machine maintenance, mechanical repair, and electrical troubleshooting experience required, ability to follow standard operating procedures.
5+ years of machine maintenance experience and facilities maintenance: blow molding, auxillary equipment: air compressors, chillers, dryers, and material handling systems, and Kuka robotics ideal.
Must be able to work in extreme heat or cold environments, ambient temperatures.
Must have basic hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair in the following areas:
Pneumatics
Hydraulics
Mechanics
Electrical/ electronic systems (24V-480V)
Robotics
Must follow Lock out/ tag out procedures.
You should be proficient in:
- Equipment Troubleshooting
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Motor Replacement/Repair/Maintenance
- Preventive Maintenance & Inspection
- Maintenance and Repair Skills
- High School / GED
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Blow Molding Experience
