Family Service & Children's Aid is Hiring HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Looking for someone who is fresh out of college with a HR degree or has experience as an HR administrative assistant. This position is part time at 29 hours a week where you have the flexibility to make your own hours with your supervisor's approval.

As the HR Administrative Assistant, you will assist the HR manager in:
- Maintaining employee files.
- Recruiting and screening potential new employees for the Agency.
- Tracking all hiring activity to report to the CEO.
- Preparing new hire orientations.
- Compile and distribute information to Sr. management each month.
- Complete background checks for employment as per funders contracts.
- Maintain all training records for staff in all binders/and electronic forms.
- Help with employee benefit enrollment for employees.
- Maintain all spreadsheets for HR Manager to complete mandatory annual reports.
- Credentialing of staff members.

Qualifications for position are as follows:
- Associate degree plus 2 years or more Human Resources related experience.
- Professional well developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer knowledge and abilities including email, navigating Internet, use of spreadsheet, word processing programs.
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- This position requires considerable tact, diplomacy, and courtesy.
