Job Title: Flooring Delivery Person/Warehouse associate (Full-Time)

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8am to 4:30pm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Flooring Delivery Person to join our team. This position involves delivering flooring materials—including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet rolls—to residential and commercial job sites. The work is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload flooring materials by hand and with equipment
• Deliver products to customer job sites on time and in good condition
• Safely operate company delivery vehicles (no CDL required, but experience is a plus)
• Communicate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues
• Backfill in warehouse when necessary

Requirements:

• Ability to perform hard manual labor daily, including lifting 75+ lbs repeatedly
• Previous experience in construction, warehousing, or delivery preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
