Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Manage plant budget, optimize costs, and drive financial performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant's operational teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and company standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in manufacturing operations management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive continuous productivity improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with automation integration or Industry 4.0 technologies
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or global operations
• Demonstrated experience in successful new product introduction (NPI) from a manufacturing perspective
