Job Title: Laboratory Field Training Supervisor

Engagement Duration: 13 Weeks (with possible extension)

Location: Detroit, MI 48202

Schedule: a-4:30p

Position Purpose:
This is a highly urgent role where the person will help train new clients (like clinics, doctors’ offices, or hospitals) on how to use Client lab services — explaining what tests are available, how to send specimens, and what processes to follow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel daily to several client locations (mostly on the east side of Detroit).
• Start and end the day at the main Client worksite — you’ll pick up materials in the morning and return them at the end of the shift.
• Educate clients on lab procedures and specimen collection requirements (e.g., what type of sample is needed for certain tests).
• Answer questions from clients confidently and clearly.
• Mileage is reimbursed — your travel will be tracked in Kronos (a timekeeping system).

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in the medical field (lab experience is a big plus).
• High school diploma required , but Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred .
• Should be organized, independent, and proactive — able to manage your own schedule and handle tasks without close supervision.
• Needs to be outgoing, professional, and comfortable with face-to-face communication , since you’ll represent Healthcare clients.
• Client can provide a company cell phone if needed.
