Job Title: Construction & Building Systems Project Manager
Location: Hybrid

This is a long term contract role with possible extension or direct hire. Pay rate of $47.62 hourly. (Benefits available)

We are seeking an experienced Construction & Building Systems Project Manager to lead the design and execution of construction and facility improvement projects aimed at maximizing asset value. This role oversees projects from concept to completion, leveraging internal design teams, external design firms, or a design/build approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of design and construction, managing internal trades and external contractors to deliver high-quality results.
• Design Leadership: Direct internal and external design resources to ensure functional, compliant, and cost-effective solutions.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects meet local codes, governmental regulations, and company safety standards.
• Timely Delivery: Drive schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing construction or building system projects.
• Strong understanding of design/build processes and facility systems.
• Excellent leadership, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, budgets, and timelines.
