JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Volumetric Concrete Truck Driver/Operator to join our team! As a Driver/Operator you will be responsible for loading and operating the concrete truck driving to multiple job sites, as well as maintaining the truck and ensuring the correct mix design is used at each site.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Preparing, loading, and transporting material to and from job sites; following all DOT requirements and regulations.

· Organize logs of completed work, and mix designs used

· Perform preventative cleaning and maintenance checks on concrete truck

· Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations

· Communicate efficiently with supervisors and the foreman on the job site

· Assist team with other tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

· One to three years of concrete experience preferred, but not required

· Valid CDL-B with Tankers Endorsement, Truck Driving experience required

· Satisfactory driving record (MVR check will be conducted prior to hire)

· Ability to lift 50 pounds, squat and stand for long periods of time

· Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations

· Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening

· Ability to be a team player

· Willing to work overtime and weekends, and work in all weather conditions

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

· Compensation ranges between $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience

· We offer a generous benefits package that includes Medical and Dental after 90 days of employment

· 401(k) plan with employer match after six months of employment
