Technical Writer - Medicare Advantage

Will this position be required to work onsite for any reason at any time? Yes, Hybrid work position – in office once/week in Detroit Tower.
Engagement Description – Need a writer who will be able to help produce CMS-required documents for our Medicare Advantage plan members and group customers. The contractor will need to be able to intake instruction from our department supervisor and team members, create documents according to a template, submit them in a workflow management system (Blue Relay) and work with various areas to coordinate fulfillment. All instructions on how to do these things will be provided. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –• Attention to detail
• Good communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
• Writing/editing background
• Ability to work with project management team to provide updates on work progress
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Problem solving capability Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
• Work with CMS-required documents
• Work at a major health care payer in the Medicare Advantage area a plus
• Ability to work independently Education/Certifications – Include:
