Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test manufacturing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and calibration of machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues on industrial equipment.
• Execute emergency repairs and component replacements to minimize customer downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to customer personnel on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Document all service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately in service reports.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing field service operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for client interaction and technical explanation.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to client sites.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming or HMI development experience
• Proficiency with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet)
• Experience with specialized automation equipment (e.g., robotics, vision systems)
• Multilingual proficiency for diverse customer bases or international travel
