Ive proudly owned my State Farm agency for nearly five years and lead a close-knit team of four. With my background as a U.S. Army captain and a Michigan State graduate (Go Green!), I bring leadership, dedication, and teamwork into everything we do. Our culture is professional but relaxedwe keep snacks and drinks stocked for the team, enjoy periodic lunches together, and celebrate wins as a group. Outside the office, Im a husband and dad to two young boys, so I know the importance of balancing work, family, and community. As a Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jacob Asbury - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals. In this role, youll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. - Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
