Prepare policies for policy check and delivery toclients + Maintainan accuratesuspense system on all items that require aresponse + Responsible for scanning/electronic filing of communications and documents + Input/maintaindata on account management system and ancillary systems asrequired  + Other responsibilities as assigned by Account Manager **Cultural Expectations** : + Determination - unsatisfied until we are the best.
