Booking & Scheduling Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Booking & Scheduling Specialist to support clients by managing appointments, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all details are handled accurately from start to finish. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, communicating clearly, and keeping processes structured and on track.
In this role, you will assist with coordinating schedules, confirming bookings, and maintaining accurate information throughout the process. You will communicate with clients to gather necessary details, provide updates, and ensure everything is completed efficiently. While training and ongoing support are provided, success in this position requires strong time management, independence, and a reliable work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate bookings, scheduling requests, and confirmations
- Communicate with clients to collect information and provide updates
- Review and monitor details to ensure accuracy and completion
- Follow up on outstanding items to keep processes moving
- Deliver professional and courteous support throughout the experience
